Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure we provide the best care and service to all our clients, please review and adhere to the following booking and cancellation terms.

1. Appointments & Deposits

  • All appointments require a $50 deposit to secure your booking. This will be applied to your treatment cost or retained if a cancellation occurs outside the allowed notice period.

  • Consultations (non-treatment visits) may also require a deposit, redeemable against future treatment if booked within 4 weeks.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee and restriction on future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit forfeited.

4. Medical Suitability

  • All treatments are subject to a medical consultation with a qualified practitioner to determine suitability.

  • If you are not a suitable candidate, your consultation fee or deposit may still apply, as professional time is allocated.

5. Age & Consent

  • Clients must be 18 years or older for all cosmetic injectable treatments.

  • A valid ID may be requested for age verification.

  • We do not treat individuals under the age of 18, even with parental consent, in line with current TGA and clinical guidelines.

6. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or unused services.

  • Results may vary based on individual anatomy and treatment response. All outcomes are discussed in detail during consultation.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any person if it is deemed medically unsafe, inappropriate, or outside our scope of practice.
